How much is shipping and how long does it take?

*There is no charge for shipping on orders over $300 and your order will be shipped via FedEx two day delivery. We’ll provide tracking information before your order is dispatched. Please provide an address where you will be present to sign for the package.

I made a mistake on my order! What do I do?

*Please review your order confirmation carefully . If you notice an error, please contact us right away.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

*If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within seven days of receipt of merchandise. Please keep in mind that returns will only be accepted if item(s) are unworn, in pristine condition and in its original packaging. You will be refunded or your account will be credited within five business days. Please send us an email before you send any package to us. We will provide packing instructions as well as a shipping address for the return.

Do you make repairs or resize JTFJ pieces?

We do! We want you to love and wear your JTFJ for a long time. Please reach out and describe the nature of the issue and let us know how we can help facilitate your repair.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

*We offer special gift wrapping for any order, free of charge and regardless of price. Please specify if you’d like special packaging and if you’d like to include a message as well.

Can you reset my diamond engagement ring?

*Yes we can! We collaborate with our clients to rework their special pieces into jewelry that is often more wearable and timeless. Please contact us to see a selection of pieces we have designed that used our client’s own stones.

How can I see other gemstones if I want to make a custom piece?

*We have been collecting gemstones for jewelry for many years. It is our weakness! We stock most birthstones as well as other super interesting and rare loose stones. We specialize in selecting stones with multiple layers of metaphysical properties.

Do you offer ritualized cleansing for my gemstones, crystals and family heirlooms?

*We actually do. If you are a person with sensitivities to certain energetic fields, you might want to neutralize negative energies that can exist deep down inside your stone. As soon as we receive loose stones to use in our jewelry, we prepare them for a lunar bath by placing them on our altar, sitting on selenite slabs, until the first full moon arrives. We then put the stones outside to soak up celestial energy overnight. Once the stone is set, we wash the entire piece with rain water that was collected at JTFJ HQ. The piece is then enveloped in palo santo smoke to further purify and then wrapped up and shipped to our wonderful clients.
